Welcome to Override ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Override, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Age Requirement

Override is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The app includes an age verification step that must be completed before access is granted. Users who indicate they are under 18 will not be able to use the app.

2. App Description

Override is a habit-breaking application designed to help users reduce or eliminate pornography consumption. The app provides recovery tracking, accountability tools, and educational content.

The app is a self-help tool and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. 3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free and Premium Tiers

Override offers both free and premium features. Premium features require an active subscription.

3.2 Subscription Plans

We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

3.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.

3.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Override（以下「当アプリ」「私たち」）へようこそ。Overrideをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、アプリの使用をお控えください。

Overrideは18歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。本アプリを使用することにより、18歳以上であることを確認するものとします。アプリにはアクセス前に完了する必要がある年齢確認ステップが含まれています。18歳未満と回答したユーザーはアプリを使用できません。

2. アプリの説明

Overrideは、ポルノグラフィーの消費を減少または排除するためのユーザー支援を目的とした習慣改善アプリケーションです。回復トラッキング、アカウンタビリティツール、教育コンテンツを提供します。

医療に関する免責事項： Overrideは医療アプリケーションではなく、医学的、心理学的、または治療上のアドバイスを提供するものではありません。本アプリはセルフヘルプツールであり、専門的なカウンセリング、セラピー、または医療処置の代替となるものではありません。依存症、メンタルヘルスの問題、または苦痛を感じている場合は、資格のある医療専門家にご相談ください。

3. サブスクリプションとお支払い

3.1 無料プランとプレミアムプラン

Overrideは無料機能とプレミアム機能の両方を提供しています。プレミアム機能を利用するには、有効なサブスクリプションが必要です。

3.2 サブスクリプションプラン

週額、月額、年額のサブスクリプションプランをご用意しています。料金はアプリ内に表示され、地域によって異なる場合があります。

3.3 無料トライアル

新規ユーザーは無料トライアル期間の対象となる場合があります。トライアル終了前にキャンセルしない場合、選択したサブスクリプションプランの料金が自動的に課金されます。

3.4 自動更新

サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、各課金期間の終了時に自動的に更新されます。現在の期間終了の24時間以内に、お支払い方法に更新料金が課金されます。

3.5 キャンセル

サブスクリプションはいつでも以下の方法でキャンセルできます：

キャンセルは現在の課金期間の終了時に有効になります。それまでプレミアム機能へのアクセスは維持されます。

3.6 返金

返金リクエストは、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeの各返金ポリシーに従って処理されます。
